Dr. Fishman earned his undergraduate and medical degrees at Wayne State University. He then completed a general surgery residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield and a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency through the Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine in Akron, Ohio. He also completed a hand surgery fellowship through Akron City Hospital and The Summit Hand Center, as well as additional training in craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery.
